Every Tuesday at Pals Bar · Wine tasting 4–10 PM · Happy hour all day Every Tuesday we open a handful of bottles you probably haven't had yet and pour them for the neighborhood. The lineup changes every week, and it travels. A crisp white from the Loire one Tuesday, an orange wine from Slovenia the next, something off a hillside in Chile the week after that. New country, new grape, new thing to have an opinion about. The tasting runs from 4 all the way to 10, so there's no wrong time to walk in. It's $15 a person — and it's free if you take a bottle home with you. No lecture, no ceremony. Just a few good pours, someone behind the bar who's genuinely glad to tell you where each one came from, and as long as you feel like staying. And because it's Neighborhood Night, happy hour runs all day. Not a window — the whole day. Wine, beer and cocktails at happy hour pricing from the moment we open until we close. Bring a neighbor. Or come by yourself and leave with one.
