You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase alcohol or to create an account for that purpose. By using the Services you represent that you are 21 or older and that the information you provide is accurate. Alcoholic beverages are sold only to, and may only be received by, persons 21 years or older with a valid government-issued photo ID. We reserve the right to refuse service and to cancel any order if age or identity cannot be verified at the time of pickup or delivery.

Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Please provide accurate, current information and keep it up to date. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are being used unlawfully.

We strive to display accurate product descriptions, images, pricing, and availability, but errors may occur. Products are subject to availability and may be discontinued or substituted. We reserve the right to correct errors, change prices, and limit quantities at any time. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and exclude applicable taxes and fees unless stated otherwise.

When you place an order through our Bottle Shop, you make an offer to purchase the selected items. Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider, Square; we do not store your full payment card details. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or an inability to verify age. An order confirmation email does not guarantee acceptance of your order.

Orders may be available for in-store pickup or local delivery where offered. A valid government-issued photo ID showing you are 21 or older is required at pickup and delivery. We cannot release alcohol to anyone who appears intoxicated or who cannot provide valid ID. Delivery areas, times, and fees are described at checkout and may change.

Due to state and local laws governing the sale of alcohol, sales are generally final and alcoholic products cannot be returned once they leave the store, except where a product is defective or an order is fulfilled incorrectly. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us promptly and we will work to make it right in accordance with applicable law.

Information you submit through our event or private-event inquiry forms is used to respond to and coordinate your request. Event bookings, deposits, and any cancellation terms will be communicated to you separately and form part of your agreement with us.

You agree not to misuse the Services, including by:

• Violating any applicable law or regulation;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information;
• Attempting to purchase alcohol for anyone under 21;
• Interfering with, disrupting, or overburdening the Services; or
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any system, account, or data.

The Services and all content, including text, graphics, logos, and images, are owned by or licensed to Pal's and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without our prior written permission.

The Services rely on third-party providers (for example, payment, hosting, and email) and may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties, and your use of their services may be subject to their own terms.

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pal's and its owners, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services or any products purchased through them.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pal's from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
